+Admission Requirements
→ Kenya Enrolled Community Health Nursing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya

→ Minimum Education: KCSE D+ or Division 3, minimum D+ in English Language and Biology/ Biological Sciences

→ 2 Years post qualifying work experience

→ Valid Nursing practice license

+Hours and days of study
It is a part-time course with a two (2) week face to face session in a six (6) month module.
+Learning Outcomes
→ Function effectively as a professional community nurse in all settings (Hospitals, training Schools and the community)

→ Plan provide and evaluate nursing care in promote, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health care

→ Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare policy, finance and regulatory environments that impact patient care

→ Apply leadership concepts, principles of advocacy and decision making in the provision of quality patient care.

→ Employ evidence based practice in their practice and development of nursing knowledge.
