The governance and control of the university shall vest in the following persons and Organs
a. the Sponsor (Amref Health Africa International Board)
b. the Board of Trustees
c. the Chancellor;
d. the Council;
e. the Vice-Chancellor;
f. the Senate;
g. the University Management Board;
h. the Students’ Association;
i. the Alumni Association
