The Amref International University (AMIU) has close collaborations and partnerships with several  universities, health training and research institutions worldwide.

This allows our students, faculty researchers and administrators to maintain a vital exchange of ideas, scholarly materials and information to create lasting academic and personal relationships.

Plan ahead! There are 3 intakes every year usually in January, May and September.

Does the University have accommodation on campus?

No, the University does not have any accommodation within the campus. However, you can  get assistance from the admissions office.


The use of ICT as a means of delivery of the AMIU academic programmes, through e/mLearning, is the preferred mode of teaching and learning. This unique approach to training is institutionalized, through policy and practice, to ensure maximum reach to potential students, especially those who are from marginalized communities and fragile economies in Africa.
