Evelyne Muinga is the Training Coordinator for the School of Public Health and Department of Health System Management at Amref International University. She is a specialist in monitoring and evaluation/ operational research. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in PublicHealth(Option: Monitoring and Evaluation), She holds a BSc degree in Food Science.

She has 3 years’ experience as a trainer for Food Nutrition and Food Science courses in different colleges in Kiambu and Nairobi County. She also has 7 years’ experience in operational research. She is an author in peer-reviewed journals. Her research interest areas include; maternal, child health and nutrition, community nutrition, vaccination, food safety and security policy, and health policy.
