Established in 2020, Physiotherapy became the pioneer program within the Department of Rehabilitative Medicine. From its inception, the department has been driven by a vision to become a powerhouse of research and practice, offering globally relevant solutions that improve quality of life and healthcare outcomes.

We are among the few institutions in the East African region offering blended physiotherapy training that integrates digital innovations into professional practice.
