The Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) – Pre-service at Amref International University (AMIU) is a comprehensive three-year, full-time residential programme designed for high school graduates aspiring to become professional nurses. Delivered through face-to-face instruction, the curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge with practical clinical experience, focusing on areas such as medical-surgical nursing, maternal and child health, community health, mental health, and pharmacology. Intakes occur in April and August, and both resident and day scholars are welcome.
